One of the best network marketing tips I've heard is that you can not sponsor your way to success. This website is for those that want to build a strong team or be part of a strong team.

To Network Marketing
- Step 1 - Find a product you could be passionate about
(researching the company and team before joining) - Step 2 - Experience the product
- Step 3 - Share the product
- Step 4 - Duplicate
I realize this isn't what you are hearing anyone else say. I believe the "new" school of marketing - building massive lists and sponsoring hundreds of people yourself is not going to work in the future.
To be success you will need to build relationships with everyone you sponsor. To be a leader will be to teach them how to duplicate not in the ten's or hundreds but with 4-6 others that are action takers.
You might wonder will this work?
I've been trying to do network marketing since January of '08. Spending more on training, products, etc than I was making. Sound familiar?
I stepped back and realized my only problem was I wasn't getting most of my team to duplicate.
Why not? I feel it was because it was too easy for them to run into an obstacle and quit. Or taking the I'll share when I have everything in place mentality. Also, they didn't understand the time element of most compensation plans and the power of duplication.
I found a product I'm passionate about, shared it with family and friends. As of today 11 signed up to benefit from the product. 6 want to build some residual income ranging from $300 - $50,000 per month.
You might be saying "SO WHAT???" Well those 6 have already sponsored at least 2 people, some with 4-6 and 2 with over 10.
But the real power comes with those being sponsored already sponsoring people. Which is happening.
Why?? Because we are following the kiss method - doing just the 4 simple steps to network marketing - which the key is being passionate about the product.
